Meet Jim Ford - Customer Experience Champion.

Jim is a customer experience practitioner, student and coach. Always curious, always learning, he looks at things through the
eyes of customers – and helps his clients do the same.


Over the years, he has become an expert in designing and implementing successful customer experience and customer engagement initiatives that drive business growth and profitability. Ultimately, LTC customers are able to better deliver happiness and success to their customers and as a result, enjoy success and growth of their own. Simply put, if you help your customers to grow and be successful, you will grow and be successful too!

With a lifelong passion for customer experience, Jim founded LTC Consulting to help companies who care about their customers to increase customer engagement and build lasting and mutually beneficial relationships. Jim has led customer engagement initiatives in retail, hospitality, healthcare, nonprofit and government sectors.
